ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrive by Thursday, March 5 or early Friday, March 6 to settle in before the festivities.
The Welcome Party is Friday evening, and the wedding ceremony will be held
on Saturday, March 7.
Most guests will depart Sunday or Monday.
GETTING THERE

Fly into Langkawi International Airport (LGK).
Most guests will connect through Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) - the flight to Langkawi takes about one hour via Malaysia Airlines, AirAsia, or Batik Air.
There are also direct flights from Singapore (SIN) to Langkawi for guests traveling through Singapore.
Suggested Route Examples:
LAX → Kuala Lumpur (KUL) → Langkawi (LGK)
SFO → Singapore (SIN) → Langkawi (LGK)
We do not recommend flying AirAsia due to flight delays and customer service.
WHERE TO STAY

GETTING AROUND
Transportation will be provided to The Ritz-Carlton for the Welcome Party.
Group transportation will depart from The Four Seasons at 4:15pm.
Taxis and Grab (Malaysia’s version of Uber/Lyft) are readily available at the airport and throughout the island.
The Four Seasons and other hotels also offer private transfers upon request.
Transportation will be provided for group events on Friday, March 6 (Welcome Party at The Ritz-Carlton).

Visa: Most guests (including U.S. passport holders) do not need a visa for short tourist stays.Passport: Must be valid for at least six months beyond your entry date.
Currency: Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Most businesses accept credit cards,but bring cash for local shops and markets.
Language: English is widely spoken.
Weather: March is warm and tropical (80–88°F / 27–31°C). Pack light, breathable clothing.
